TD Ameritrade Holding Corp., through its brokerage subsidiaries, is a leading global online financial services firm. We provide investors with a broad range of brokerage, mutual fund, and consumer financial products and services on an integrated basis and we are seeking a Client Services Specialist for our Pittsburgh, PA Branch.
You will be responsible for providing excellent client service to clients by researching and resolving basic account questions. You will also provide assistance to walk-in clients, generate leads, coordinate client events and process data reporting.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 18 months direct client contact. Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, along with a basic understanding of brokerage rules and regulations is required.
