Role:
The Institutional Services Director is a management position responsible for various Trading and Fixed Income Sales areas within TD Ameritrade Institutional. This role will liaise with different departments to coordinate the delivery of Institutional initiatives by providing direction and priority to all stakeholders. The goal is to ensure efficient and top-notch delivery of all products and services, while managing business-to-business relationships with Registered Investment Advisors clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Director you will be expected to plan, organize, strategically direct and control the efforts, performance and delivery of equity options, mutual funds, fixed income sales, corporate actions and various other transactions in a business-to-business relationship between TD Ameritrade Institutional and Registered Investment Advisors that custody assets at TD Ameritrade.
Requirements:
# Minimum of 3-5 years experience of working with high net worth clients is required.
# Must have experience in a grade 15 or higher management role with a successful, proven track record.
# Must have college degree and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
# Must actively hold Series 7, 63 & 24. Series 4, 53 & 65 desired.
# Must have thorough operation understanding of securities markets, trading systems, clearing functions, and regulatory requirements.
# Must have ability to interpret a variety of technical and situational analysis specifically related to the securities industry to draw valid conclusions.
