Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
Develop new product and process enhancements for the assigned products.
Develop project documents (business case, business requirements, functional requirements, etc.) and gain approval from business / department leaders.
Develop project plans and manage projects with aggressive deadlines.
Develop strategic plan to meet existing business and product goals, expand markets and translate goals from business into functional strategies and product ideas.
Consider corporate strategy in assessing new projects/ process enhancements.
Desire to work in a highly flexible work environment that relies heavily on cross-functional interaction and dealing with remote resources and external vendors.
Initiative, flexibility, innovation, and team focus are essential!
qualities for success as E*TRADE FINANCIAL is a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
Will be responsible for making sound judgments and to use problem-solving skills that help identify, isolate and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion to negate or minimize business impact.
Since many projects will be new to E*TRADE FINANCIAL, this person will be responsible for developing solutions to new and complex issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
2-4 years experience in web product development, UI development, content management and project management.
Web Producer and/or Financial Services (Banking Deposits) experience is a plus.
Superior analytical, interpersonal, communication (written, verbal and technical), presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Experience managing the definition and execution of projects (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing and implementation.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must have experience in develo!
