Job Description Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant General Manager at Hotel Los Gatos. Hotel Los Gatos is nestled in the quiet charm of historic downtown Los Gatos, at the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Atmospheric guestrooms capture the color and detail of a private villa and the Preston Wynne Spa offers a full menu of wellness and beauty treatments.
We are looking for a hands on, dynamic, enthusiastic professional who consistently demonstrates integrity, vision and a joyful outlook.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Minumum of 2-3 years of previous experience managing front office operations
- 1-2 years previous experience managing housekeeping and/or maintenance departments
- Previous experience 4-star hotel with similar revenue level
- Strong revenue management experience
- Proven ability to deliver training and maintain high customer service levels
- Previous accounting experience desired
- A passion for customer service excellence and a commitment to creating a great work environment.
