Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will work with the Financial Reporting Manager to support Room & Boards financial reporting process. The person in this role will be responsible for distribution of both daily and monthly sales reports and will assist in creating annual budgeting templates and timelines. In addition this person will manage the capital approval process and help create and maintain a competitive economic indicator database. The person in this role must be detail oriented and take pride in being accurate. They understand the impact of their actions on internal partners, customers and the company. The ability to develop strong partnerships with leadership teams and staff members is essential.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning and reporting with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met. This role is ideal for an individual who is self-directed, proactive, and is able to constructively challenge others. Strong Excel skills and systems aptitude are essential
