Job Description
This position works individually to develop net new business, grow former client relationships and current clients that are not penetrated deeply. The incumbent will have excellent skills for pulling together virtual teams to collaborate on potential client proposals. This person will be a results-oriented go-getter with a demonstrated understanding of business development and pipeline management in the market research space.

Proactive application of pre-existing knowledge and experience of :
Multicultural marketing
Advertising
Consulting Market research to establish new revenue producing client relationships and expand revenue within existing clients in line with forecasts.
Apply a marketing problem identification/solution approach to develop client proposals that would include:
Research design
Project estimation/pricing make recommendations culminating in the sale of appropriate TNS products and services.
The candidate must have sufficient experience to lead this effort and provide guidance to team members as appropriate.
Requires the individual to be a confident self-starter able to drive to goal achievement while working collaboratively and effectively within a matrixed sales structure
Required Experience
Ability to listen and understand client business issues such that they can be translated into TNS Multicultural business solutions.
Strong analytic skills preferably in designing, pricing and managing marketing research projects.
Strong attention to detail in both written and oral analysis and communications.
Proven proficiency with MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
Completion of corporate or external presentation skills program.
Ability to speak fluent Spanish preferred.
Must be US citizen
3- 5 years of quantitative or qualitative experience within multicultural marketing, advertising, consulting, planning or marketing research among Fortune 500 consumer oriented firms is required.
Particular preference for prior experience with consumer packaged goods, financial services, or telecommunications categories.
